What is a Vedic Numerology Grid?

A Vedic Numerology Grid is a three by three square grid wherein relevant numbers from a person’s birth date are inserted in fixed number positions. Each number is allotted with a quality and influences a personality trait. At Vedic Siddhi, we analyze the complete grid to provide clients with understanding about their personality and emotional attributes.

The grid may indicate the following:

• Prevalence of a particular number.
• Absence of a particular number.
• A balanced personality.
• Areas of underdevelopment.
• Patterns of discipline, communication, confidence, and expression of feelings and emotions.
• Relationships with birth numbers and path of life.

The vedic grid is a comprehensive system, and repeated numbers indicate concentrated energy. A missing number suggests an energy vacuum that requires attention. A Vedic Siddhi consultant will discuss the system and the thought process, and point out the systems and sub-systems that are pertinent to the client’s interest. Automated and unreliable interpretations will be avoided. Vedic Siddhi has a genuine interest in providing clients with answers to those numerology related questions that are of importance in their personal and/or professional life.

Insights From Vedic Numerology

Traditionally, the system commences with the date of birth. In this regard, the system is similar to the tarot where the cards are arranged in the traditional 3 x 3 formation. After arrangement, the consultant looks at the placement, repetition and absence of the numbers and how they relate to the client’s domain of interest. This approach allows the consultant to evaluate the numbers in the context of the client’s situation.

Personal Number

This number is also called the Mulank or psychic number and is derived from the day of the month a person is born. If a person’s birthday is the 24th, the psychic number is arrived at by adding the digits of the month and day, and reducing the resulting sum to a single digit. The Mulank number provides insights into a person’s disposition.

Some traits are innate, some acquired over the years, some are a combination of both. Someone trained in Vedic concepts of mind will be able to relate to you the reasons you behave and respond the way you do.

The Bhagyank, also known as the Destiny Number, is calculated using your date of birth and provides insights on significant long-term events in your life. A Vedic Siddhi consultant, while analyzing your Bhagyank and Mulank, will advise you on potential long-term and permanent changes you could make in your lifestyle, career and relationships, and will not give you speculative and vague forecasts.

In Vedic Numerology, the presence of a particular number several times indicates an abundance of a particular quality. For example, if the number 1 is repeated, it may indicate being active, assertive and independent. The absence of a number does not always have a negative connotation. The conscious absence of a quality may indicate that a person is disciplined enough not to act on a particular quality. In such a case, the focus of the consultation should be to provide the client with a plan and method to act on a quality he or she wants to develop. Vedic Siddhi advocates the same.
